Why buy Arqen
You do not need to spend weeks wiring authentication, permissions, asset records, maintenance workflows, inventory and reporting before your team can use the system. Arqen gives you that foundation ready to deploy and customize.
Skip the plumbing
Start with the core business workflows already connected.
Own the deployment
Self-host your data and infrastructure instead of handing operations to another SaaS.
Make it yours
Customize the code, branding and workflows for your company or clients.
Capabilities
Tag every machine and record its location, category, serials and purchase data. Set its state — active, in maintenance, out of service or decommissioned — and retire assets without ever losing their history.
Five record types — inspection, preventive, repair, failure and upgrade — each with date, technician, service cost, notes and the exact parts consumed. Per asset, in chronological order.
From daily to yearly. Completing an occurrence logs the preventive record for you and sets the next due date automatically. Pause anytime — and overdue work is flagged on wherever it appears in the app.
Assign work to any teammate with one of four priorities and a due date. When email is configured, they get an assignment notification; you get a live status — pending, in progress, completed — plus an “assigned to me” view and overdue flags.
A catalog with SKUs, unit costs and stock. Using a part on a record decrements stock transactionally and can never oversell — deleting the record puts the parts back on the shelf.
Pick an asset and a date range: every record in the window, failure and repair counts, service / parts / total cost breakdowns, and tasks completed. Print the report or, when email is configured, send it to your inbox.
Start ahead
A maintenance product is more than an asset table. It needs the rules, permissions, history, scheduling and inventory logic that make the data reliable in day-to-day use.
Build from scratch

Your engineering time goes into your business requirements — not recreating the foundation.
The maintenance loop
01
Create a workspace, invite your team with roles, and add assets with tags, locations and purchase data.
02
Set recurring schedules per asset and assign one-off tasks with priorities and due dates.
03
Record inspections, failures and repairs with technician, cost and parts — stock levels update in the same breath.
04
Open the dashboard to see what's overdue and what the last 30 days cost, then print the report.
Why Arqen
Overdue schedules and overdue tasks are counted and listed on your dashboard the moment you open it — no spreadsheets, no chasing people for status.
Every asset keeps its service history — what broke, who fixed it, which parts went in and what it cost — even after the asset is retired or soft-deleted. Audits stop being archaeology.
Costs are attached to every record and split into service vs. parts, so the dashboard's 30-day spend and report totals stay traceable.
